Yorkshire Employment Hub

A 550-acre site to deliver over 500 new homes and 4 million sq. ft. of prime distribution/logistics accommodation.

The site sits at the interchange of the A1(M) and M62 and will deliver high quality commercial space which will act as a catalyst for the regeneration of the wider area. Once consented, the site will be delivered by Caddick Developments alongside sister company Caddick Construction.

Its strategic importance is emphasised by the fact that is one of very few sites nationally with the capacity to deliver single units of up to 2 million sq. ft.

High Cross

Development of up to 30 dwellings in the centre of a well-connected Hertfordshire village.

The site delivers high quality housing in the core of the village as well as providing significant surface water drainage improvements. Open space is incorporated as a key element of the design to aid drainage and respect the setting of key heritage assets.

Gateway West

Caddick was the preferred developer for the latest phase of development at this, one of the North East’s premier business parks.

The £27 million scheme comprised two grade A office buildings, totalling 52,000 sq.ft., plus 12 industrial units totalling 187,000 sq.ft. All have been awarded BREEAM ‘excellent’ status, the industry benchmark for sustainability.

The entire scheme was forward-sold to CBRE Investors.

4MW turbines

Members of the Caddick Land team have secured multiple consents for Feed in Tariff accredited single turbines across the East Yorkshire region. With a combined installed capacity of over 4MW, the turbines will generate enough clean energy to power well over 1,000 homes for the next 20 years.

Crosspoint 33

Caddick has completed phase one of the £100million prime distribution/logistics scheme Crosspoint33, located immediately off Junction 33 of the M62 near Wakefield.

Phase one of the development is home to the new UK processing and distribution centre for TJX Europe, the parent company of retail brand TK Maxx and HomeSense, providing more than 1.2m sq. ft. of accommodation. Once fully operational the building will provide up to 1,800 local jobs.

The project was delivered by Caddick Developments, with sister company Caddick Construction undertaking all building works. The TJX Europe building has been forward sold to specialist logistics investor Tritax.

City One

City One lies to the south of the city adjacent to Meadow Lane, the principle entrance to the city from the motorway. This area has undergone significant regeneration and development in recent years including City Walk a mixed use residential, offices and hotel destination, The Mint home to Asda and Jet 2 and the award winning Holbeck Urban Village with a diverse offering of pubs, restaurants and cafes along with the Round Foundry Media Centre.

This area to the south of the train station has become a destination in its own right and the new south entrance to the train station is set to further enhance its attractiveness as a destination for living, working and going out.

City One has planning permission for ten buildings across residential, office, hotel retail and leisure with extensive areas of public realm, creating an attractive environment in a key city centre location.
