The site sits at the interchange of the A1(M) and M62 and will deliver high quality commercial space which will act as a catalyst for the regeneration of the wider area. Once consented, the site will be delivered by Caddick Developments alongside sister company Caddick Construction.

Its strategic importance is emphasised by the fact that is one of very few sites nationally with the capacity to deliver single units of up to 2 million sq. ft.
