This prestigious development, a joint venture between Caddick Group Plc and Oakgate Group Plc, will provide 339,000 sq.ft. of retail floor space in this very attractive location.

The centre will be home to York’s first John Lewis and a flagship M&S store – both taking 130,000 sq.ft. spaces over two floors – as well as Next. There will also be tenants for four restaurants and four kiosks, the whole complex being served by a large central car park.

In a separate project at the site the Joint Venture Partnership will be creating a sports facility which will serve the community and provide a home for York City FC and the York City Knights rugby league team.
