We’re bringing forward ambitious plans for a sophisticated logistics management site with autonomous business units, including professional functions, next to the A1.

Once completed and fully occupied, we anticipate that the development could create over 6,000 jobs on site and over 2,600 further jobs in the associated supply chain, delivering significant economic growth opportunities within Bassetlaw.

The site is approximately 462 acres with a net developable area of approximately 296 acres. Its close proximity to the strategic network provides excellent benefits, and is exceptionally well placed to offer businesses ready access to nearby cities as well as to major ports, the West and East Midlands and Greater Manchester regions.
