Located adjacent to Lancashire Business Park, our 612,500 sq. ft. industrial and logistics hub at Farington Park in central Lancashire will contain a mix of E(g), B2 and B8 uses. Updated plans for Phase 1 now include a single unit totalling 544,000 sq. ft.
