City One lies to the south of the city adjacent to Meadow Lane, the principle entrance to the city from the motorway. This area has undergone significant regeneration and development in recent years including City Walk a mixed use residential, offices and hotel destination, The Mint home to Asda and Jet 2 and the award winning Holbeck Urban Village with a diverse offering of pubs, restaurants and cafes along with the Round Foundry Media Centre.

This area to the south of the train station has become a destination in its own right and the new south entrance to the train station is set to further enhance its attractiveness as a destination for living, working and going out.

City One has planning permission for ten buildings across residential, office, hotel retail and leisure with extensive areas of public realm, creating an attractive environment in a key city centre location.
