David Baker

David is Caddick’s Land Manager. He oversees the site acquisitions and appraisals and will often be your first point of contact with the business.

David has driven forward the diversification of the Caddick business with his knowledge of current planning policy, site economics and market demand and is able to quickly assess a scheme’s potential.
