What We Do

We want all our partners to want to work with us time and time again, and we strive to deliver a great project that everyone can be proud of every time. We share as much information about your project as you wish throughout the process and keep you updated on progress every step of the way. Your input to the project can be tailored to your requirements, but our goal is to ensure you have involvement in all the key decisions on the design and project scope. Working in partnership with landowners we will go through the following process:

Professional Team

Professional Team

We select a professional team who have the experience and knowledge to deliver the best outcome for your land. We can draw on in-house specialists too.

Local Planning Authority (LPA)

Local Planning Authority (LPA)

We engage with the LPA early to communicate our objectives and obtain feedback. Dialogue is maintained throughout maximising our chance of consent.

Community Engagement

Community Engagement

We engage with the local community and stakeholders to get feedback on our initial plans and where possible incorporate them into the final designs and application.

Transport

Transport

Early in the design phase, we consider local transport and site access to ensure the scheme design is sustainable and attractive to end purchasers.

Ecology & Landscape

Ecology & Landscape

We carry out ecological surveys to ensure the proposed scheme doesn’t have an adverse impact on ecology and enhances it wherever possible. We also commission an independent report to assess any impact on the landscape and feed it into the design.

Heritage

Heritage

We consider the local heritage issues and ensure they are taken into account when designing the project. Local conservation issues are always given a high priority in our plans.

Additional Surveys

Additional Surveys

We commission a range of other surveys covering issues such as site investigation, utilities and topography to supplement the application and ensure all technical issues are addressed.

Masterplan

Masterplan

The scheme’s design is a key element of its success. We consider all other reports before settling on a layout that will be both attractive to end purchasers and planners alike.

Site Sale

Site Sale

All other aspects build towards a planning consent and site sale with a view to maximising its value. Our team will negotiate with stakeholders to ensure the value is maximised.
